What does the recruitment process look like?
You have applied to Boliden's trainee program. When you applied you answered several questions that are linked to the requirements for the program. If you move on from the initial selection you will receive a link with an invitation to complete proficiency tests and answer a video question. The candidates who after this part are considered most suitable are invited to a digital competence-based interview with a recruitment consultant. At this time your references will be verified, and we will do a background check. If reaching the final step, you will also be asked to do a drug test. In the final step you will meet your future manager in Boliden’s assessment center. After this Boliden will make a final decision.
I have applied but want to complement my application.
If you want to complement your application, you must first register and create an account on the application site. After that you can find your application and complete it. This must be done before the application deadline.
When you have created your account, you can log in before the deadline and see/update your application.

How do I get in touch with the responsible recruiter?
There are many applicants to the trainee program at Boliden and therefore it is difficult to give everyone a personal contact. However, we will of course try to give you answers to your questions about this process.

How am I doing in the process?
The selection process will begin after the application deadline, thereafter we will regularly return to all candidates with information about the process.
I'm having trouble logging in to do the tests or I am having trouble when doing the test.

I want to see my test result again, but the tests are not there when I log in.
When you got the invitation to do the tests you were asked to write down the personal password you received when you logged in for the first time. This is the password that should be used. If you have not saved it, please contact sweden.support@aon.se and they will help you.

I don’t know if my test result has been registered?
You'll get an on-screen test result when you're done. If you haven't received it, it's most likely the browser that's blocking the pop-up and that's why you can't open your report.

I would like to retake the test, can I do that?
Unfortunately, not. Everyone who moves on in the process will have one opportunity to take the tests and it is important that all applicants are treated equally.
When will I be notified?
The selection process will begin after the application deadline, thereafter we will regularly return to all candidates with information about the process. Definitive information about employment will come from Boliden from the beginning of June 2022.

I am not living in any of these cities where the trainee programs will take place, can Boliden help me with accommodation?
During the program, Boliden will help you find housing in the various locations. You will get more information about the relocation process once you get an offer to enter the program.
